keytech Strengthens its Partnership with Autodesk®

keytech Software GmbH in Recklinghausen, Germany, has renewed its certification for its Autodesk® Inventor® software interface and is planning a closer partnership for the future with the leading 3D design software company. keytech’s Product Lifecycle Management System was one of the first authorized Autodesk® Solution Partners in the PLM field.

Recklinghausen March 14th, 2012. Together with the release of the new version of Autodesk® Inventor® 2013 software, the corresponding interface in the keytech PLM system will also be available. As a member of the Autodesk® Developer Network (ADN) keytech is again this year one of the first companies to fulfill certification for the new Autodesk® Inventor release.
keytech Software GmbH is a leader in the German-speaking PLM market. Independent PLM providers value the integration with all current CAD and ERP systems. The integration of the Autodesk® products AutoCAD® and Autodesk Inventor® software is especially important.

The newly developed keytech interface that was completed last year supports Autodesk® Inventor® versions 2011, 2012 and 2013 (32bit and 64bit). By supporting the Autodesk® “Apprentice Server” hardware performance is maximized. Reusable standard and custom iParts, which can be reconfigured with different specifications for various uses, are also a part of the interface functionality. Additionally the integration of the Content Center guarantees the management of standard parts. The keytech semi-finished parts management is able to automatically show assemblies generated in the Autodesk Inventor frame generator and piping modules. Other elements of the new Autodesk® Inventor® interface include the integration of iProperties for refreshing drawing frames and the optimization of BOM integration.
